Whether you're a member or a provider, through Dentegra's Language Assistance Program you can request interpretation services and materials translated into the member's preferred language.

Search providers by languages spoken

Use our Find a dentist tool to search for providers in your area, then select Refine search and then Languages to find providers who speak your language.

Customer services in 170+ languages

Contact us to get customer service assistance in any of more than 170 languages. You may also be able to receive written materials translated into a language other than English.

Request interpretation services

If you experience a language barrier during a dental visit — whether you're a member or a provider  — call Dentegra and we'll arrange for a qualified interpreter to help you communicate over the phone, at no cost.

Dentegra can also schedule free face-to-face interpretation services at the provider's office location. Call our Customer Service team at least 72 hours before the appointment.
